About Us

Choquette & Company Accounting Group Incorporated was founded in 1986. Since then, we have grown, but we have always made sure that we provide the unique one-on-one financial, accounting, and tax advice that our clients need.

Every client, from individuals to corporate and estate clients, has a dedicated accountant who is always up to date and available by Text/SMS/MMS at any time. We do not work those 9 to 5 hours but are available when our clients need us.

We work with our clients through unique financial, accounting, tax and estate solutions.

    Prepared that first return

    Those were the days where personal tax returns were prepared by hand and int that year, 92 Personal Income Tax returns along with 16 Corporate Tax returns were prepared.While preparation times were lengthy due to tax returns being prepared, we slowly grew, making sure every client received that personable approach.The very first client was Andre Choquette's father (Pierre) who needed an accountant for his expanding businesses and Andre of course became Pierre's dedicated accountant. As Pierre's businesses grew across Canada and into the USA, we grew with the range of services we provided not only Pierre but all of our clients.

    Mobile Office Appointments

    To provide both that unique on-location along with appointments during the day, evening or weekend, we started with our mobile office appointments. This meant that we could come to your home or office and prepare your Personal, Corporate or Estate statements and tax returns. Our first office came from a USA bank who also used it for on-location services and even came with an onboard safe! Today, our mobile offices offer the state of art technology including biometric signature capture, encrypted network with 5G high speed internet all at your doorstep!

    BC Interior Office

    As the years went by we started to notice that our clients were not just in the Greater Vancouver area but instead across British Columbia, Alberta and even as far as Toronto, Montreal and Ottawa. To better serve our British Columbia Interior clients we opened our office in Christina Lake, BC. This location allows us to be able to offer Mobile Office appointments from Vancouver to Creston and from Grand Forks to Kamloops.

We sometimes gasp in amazement when we see what a personal tax client paid for their tax return with their prior accountant or what a business client paid their prior accountant for their corporate year-end! Our fees are very affordable, along with flexible payment options. We have never had a client inquire about a fee reduction! Our personal and estate services range from preparation of all types of Canada Personal Tax returns by Telephone, Online Video (Zoom, etc.) and mobile office appointments. Our personal services continue beyond that, as we offer a full range of unbiased personal financial planning services. Perhaps you are planning for that new home or paying down your debt to purchase that first rental property for retirement and estate planning. Our estate services include taxation, advisory and executor services.
